The Confucius Classroom (CC) is part of the Confucius Programme initiated by the Chinese in order to create a platform for different learners to understand the language and culture. CC signed a partnership agreement with the Cape Academy of Math, Science and Technology (CAMST) in 2010, and has been growing the relationship since. All junior (grade 8 - 9) learners admitted at CAMST are required to learn Mandarin as a subject. In addition, CC also has Secondary School Partnership with South Peninsula High School (SP).
